It's very easy to use and really helpfull. Simply amazing.

Can be a little confusing finding the video I want to downlaod instead of the advertising videos but I usually get it right.

This is the BEST downloader I have ever used. Comparing to other tortoise-speed downloaders, only it can reach the top download speed of my internet.

This App seems no longer able to download in 1080P correctly. The video freezes as it nears the end every time now during playback. Highest resolution seems to be 720P in order for video to not freeze so far in to it. 09/30/2024. 10/03/24 No longer able to finish downloading audio portion of video, just freezing for me at around 18%, up to 35%. I have notified the Creator of the issues. If fixed I will edit my review accordingly. I guess YouTube has messed with their coding again to thwart downloading materials. Used to work pretty well after others quit updating their Apps. UDL Helper just giving error messages now, as well.

I've been using this plug-in software for years and find it a great way to download and store for later reviews along with listening to music.
When you live in a rural mountain community of just over 4,000 souls your access to many things is nearly impossible - ""Youtube Video Downloader"" works great for my downloading video and audios.

Great tool, regularly updated. One of the best options for YT downloading.

Need to pay to use

Does what it says, but it wants permission for all websites even though it only works on YouTube.

Used it for a few years (long time trial lol), so I guessed it was time to support this great project!
