I've used extension for quite some time. Recently, after a Firefox update, it stopped allowing me to decide where to download to and change the filename. I wasn't sure whether it was this extension or Firefox that was causing the issue. Thinking it was this extension I contacted support. Within a short time they answered my question - turned out it was a Firefox issue where some download settings were reset. GREAT SUPPORT AND GREAT PRODUCT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
