The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because it does not work on my phone. (Android) For my laptop and desktop, though, this is very useful and it is my favorite tab managing extension.

It's okay.

I like it because it limits total tabs across all windows, not just total tabs in one window.

This is actually the best because it doesn't close other opened tabs, just limits the number! when you open an extra tab it just closes it! Simple!
