di Utente Firefox 13412829, 7 anni faWhen the new update was launched on Friday my mail.com mail-check toolbar disappeared from Firefox. Now if I close the Firefox search page I lose my connection to Mail.com and have to log in again. Only option is to keep a search page open all day. The icons for write email, organizer, etc have disappeared altogether. Useless.

Unfortunately an error, which we could not find despite extensive testing, has crept into this update. That should not have happened.
If the option 'Clear history when Firefox closes' is activated in the Firefox settings 'Privacy' => 'History', the entered account data will also be deleted when closing Firefox. This also applies to all other MailCheck settings.
We are currently working on a new version that fixes this bug. This version will be published on Friday.
Maybe you will like to give MailCheck another chance then.
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
Your MailCheck team

- Valutata 1 su 5di sfemet, un anno faWhat happened? Worked fine for ages, then login doesn't work. Just like the other reviewers, you can't log in when it is installed in Firefox. The company still "advertises" the extension as compatible. Yeah, no. I use their apps for Android and iOS which work fine. Fortunately, this is not my primary email. If it was, I would be very unhappy.

- Valutata 1 su 5di CybernetJester, un anno faUsed this a ton on other browsers and it worked just fine. Was an easy and convenient way to view emails from all of my accounts. I switched to Firefox and the extension no longer lets me sign in to any my accounts, freezing completely after I input my email and never prompting me for a password. Very disappointing.
- Valutata 1 su 5di Ricdog, un anno faCan no longer sign in to this extension for whatever reason. Pointless now.

- Valutata 1 su 5di RamenRoman, 2 anni faI've used gmx.us for a few years now. I've even replaced gmail with it. Up until a week ago, I've had no problems, but now mail check is saying my browser is not compatible (Firefox which is up to date). What happened?
- Valutata 1 su 5di Utente Firefox 17893356, 2 anni faIf you are using Firefox this addon is useless. Even tech support said to use another browser. Makes me wonder about Mail.com.

- Valutata 1 su 5di Roving Correspondant, 2 anni faWas working fine. After installing Windows 11 22H2 and installing Firefox (v107) then adding the Mail.com extension, I cannot log in. The log in dialogue accepts my email address but never gets to the 'enter password' screen. Does the extension need an upgrade?
