Generally NPM is very good, but it had one annoying problem that has caused me to stop using it and go back to LastPass. NPM has an all-or-nothing attitude; prompt to save all logins, or do not prompt at all. There are some logins which I *never* want to save, yet NPM keeps prompting me to save them. It would be nice if NPM let me specific not to save logins for certain websites. Until then, the constant prompts are too annoying for me to use NPM.
