Consider the 2 stars the pity for the fact that you started with a great concept and then ruined it with greed, lack of innovation and so much bugs that never get addressed. There is non-existent support and utter silence from the developers which means this is nothing more than a money grab or to make something to sell and they care nothing for its quality, reputation or functionality.
The FX addon as been broken for so long without any action that it has become a useless garbage that won't save any settings, keeps prompting for the E2E password and won't retain anything. It is a constant annoyance which far outweighs any worth. Another promising vision ruined by incompetent developers lacking any integrity or dignity.
You are replaceable by open source, clean, functional, efficient and TRULY FREE solutions that don't have so much gimmick (features that were free but now paid because they ran out of things to innovate) and play with their users (offering quota for referral and then giving you nothing). You showed your true colors very early on, which in a way I thank you - better to know now that you are unreliable and untrustworthy than later.
I won't mention the other immensely superior solutions because my review and the complaint about the software is legit and I don't want anything to distract from it. You can simply search for alternatives to this failure and find them in spades. I will however say, avoid AirDroid, they are woefully compromised, even in that condition they are superior to Push.
/EDIT: As of 56 this addon completely breaks, won't load anything at all and cannot even be reinstalled as Mozilla considers the package corrupt. So pathetic that after all this time knowing there is a problem with it and didn't fix it, now they just let it die altogether; if they have no respect for their own product why should anyone else frankly. They have effectively abandoned it and that shows their lack of integrity and makes them utterly untrustworthy.

- Valutata 1 su 5di Utente Firefox 15692820, 2 mesi faI've been trying for weeks to get this extension working in a new browser. No matter what I try, I cannot get it signed in. I've used Pushbullet for over a decade, but that will come to an end very soon if I can't find a way past this issue.

- Valutata 3 su 5di silvatek, un anno faI've been using Pushbullet for years quite happily and tend to rely on it, but it refuses to add my new Windows 11 desktop computer to my device list. I cannot figure out why. So I've been forced to reduce my rating.

- Valutata 5 su 5di EroticBananaz, un anno faI've been using PB since like... I want to say highschool? I'm 26 now and will most likely continue using it as long as I am able to. I've only just recently noticed an issue with the Firefox extension. I'm not sure if this even is PB's fault, might be a Mozilla issue but I don't feel like testing it on multiple browsers right now. I'm rating 5 stars anyways. Whenever I paste an image from my clipboard into the text box via the toolbar the extension crashes and requires a full shut down and reboot of the browser. That is all. I love you PushBullet I'll never stop using you!! You guys should give me a lifetime premium subscription ;) Too broke these days haha. Kidding of course. Have a good one.

- Great extension that I use almost everyday. The only thing that really bothers me is that every time Firefox updates, it breaks. Clicking the extension shows me a menu as if I'm logged out with no way to log in. I have to disable and then re-enable the extension to revive the functionality. This as been a problem for years so I'm not holding my breath for a solution

- Valutata 2 su 5di Utente Firefox 17570561, 3 anni faThe app itself is great, on Chrome, but on Firefox some stuff doesn't work like instant push to device, file sending, which is pretty important.
