I cannot understand how to use your app -- it seems that i continually get the message about making RetailMeNot an ADD-ONs to my Firefox Browser. I try to Add it and then when I login in and try to use your Deal Finder app -- it just continually sends me through the steps again and again of making RetailMeNot and ADD-ON to my Firefox. Okay, I have added it -- now how do i use it? Not clear to me. Please please dumb down your instructions.

Used to work fine now the last few months it doesn't work at all even though it says cash back is activated before I check out. My rewards just say they are waiting to hear back from the retailer. I've spent over $1,000 the last few months, and received no cash back. Really a bummer when some shops are 8% cash back, and you spend the time to activate and then get nothing.
