This was a developer tool left over from early development that was never intended for end users. It was inaccessible to most users in practice and has been fully removed from the interface and codebase.
- All debug logging is now gated behind a DEBUG constant (off by default in production builds). Previously, internal diagnostic messages — including NAS addresses, session IDs, task lists, and queue contents — were written unconditionally to the browser console on every poll cycle (every 3 seconds while downloads were active). This posed a minor privacy concern for users who had browser DevTools open and was unnecessary overhead in normal use. Debug output is now fully suppressed unless a developer explicitly enables it.
