di Utente Firefox 13359964, 4 anni faI renewed my premium account a couple of weeks ago, and it's been really really slow, so I downloaded the destop version, but it didn't work, kept telling me the software needs to be updated. I tried the contact button, but the page has never ever opened up, there's not other contact info on the software, please can sombody tell me who to contact? My email is 776104648@qq.com

(1) Supplied me with a VPN service that was faulty right from the start.
(2) When finally (after seven months) I decided to stop using their service for a better VPN provider I asked for a refund on my two-year subscription, amounting to eighteen months or $33.75 ... A pro rata refund on my two-year subscription of $45.00 would amount to $33.75, the amount requested.
