SOMA AI Footprint measures how much your team uses AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity) so your company can account for the environmental footprint of that usage as part of its sustainability/ESG reporting.
It estimates the number of tokens exchanged from the length of messages only — it never reads, stores, or transmits the content of your prompts or the AI's replies. Each install is identified by a random, anonymous device ID linked to your organisation through a one-time enrollment link; there are no logins and no personal data.
Only aggregated daily counts (platform, model, token totals, date) are sent to your company's SOMA workspace, where they are converted into estimated CO₂e and water usage using published datacenter energy figures.
