Tab Manager Plus for Firefox di Markus
Recensione di LeNeveu
Just what I wanted.
Tweaks: I set it up so that I have the TMP icon on toolbar that opens a TMP *view* in a new tab (which as a view you can delete after using without deleting its contents) and set to small ("eliminate spaces around"). Then you can see all the windows panoptically and can move documents easily between them.
DO NOT PRESS THE "X" IN THE RED CIRCLE unless you want to delete the whole individual window. Instead, to delete tabs within a window, right-click the tab icons, select as many as you want, then go to the trash can at the TMP tab to click and delete.
The "save" feature works. Though will it if I close Firefox? Time will tell.
If I leave the main TPM view (e.g. to change the name of a window), pressing window refresh gets me back to the main view.

- I love this add-on. Super convenient. I set the popup to Ctrl + Space and then start typing to quickly find tabs of interest.
The only things I can think of for a "would be nice to have" is the ability to manage saved windows, like renaming and dragging tabs from live to saved.
If I even touch a saved window it restores it and loads all the tabs at once, which is a bit painful if you have a ton of tabs. Probably would be better to have them start unloaded. - Valutata 5 su 5di Utente Firefox 18703956, 5 mesi faI logged in specifically to rate this ad-on. With someone who gets distracted and lost with billion open tabs... this has been a life saver. Thank you developer!!
- Valutata 5 su 5di Utente Firefox 18681310, 5 mesi faReturn of he King! I don't do reviews, but felt the need to after the best tab manager extension got updated after 4 years. I was pretty sure it was done, and I'd have to live with bugs like not being able to move private window tabs around while in one. Ublock Origin, Bitwarden and Tab Manager Plus are the first things installed on any browser. I'm just glad when the world needed him the most, he didn't vanish.

- I also use Workspaces in Vivaldi, and was looking for a way to replicate the experience as best as possible. This tab manager is helping immensely with that.
No complaints. The only "issue" I have has nothing to do with the extension, but with my force of habit.
It's taking me some time to get used to the idea that here I am dealing with tabs grouped not in a single window, but MULTIPLE ones. On Vivaldi all tab groups reside on a single window. I've lost the count of times I've had to use the browser's History to restore the window I've just closed, thinking that I was shutting down the browser. :-) - Valutata 5 su 5di Utente Firefox 18618318, 7 mesi fa
- Thank you for fixing the issue with restoring saved sessions!
This is the best tab manager I've found to try to replicate what I had with Workspaces in Vivaldi. I switched away from Chrome based browsers, so I was lacking some of the awesome features of Vivaldi. The ability to just save windows for later is a part of my workflow and my tabs get out of control without it.Replica dello sviluppatore
pubblicato il 7 mesi faTry with the latest update - 5.2.3. It should work with restoring sessions from a popup. Before that it should have worked by opening the tab manager in an own tab. - Valutata 4 su 5di UdayKiran, 10 mesi faAll good except that this extension does not preserve the names of the groups upon restart of the Browser

[This is what I had written in this originally 1 star review]
[I would gladly give 5 stars - Tab Manager Plus is easily my favorite tab manager out of the lot I've tried. Unfortunately these (*edit) past 2 months (*edit) I only get a blank screen no matter which of the multiple methods I attempt to access my session through - filling my heart with woe.
Compounding that the last time an update was published being 2022 - I'm doubtful it will return. I pray, but I won't be holding my breath on it. Thus; this amazing tool is defunct for Firefox, at least currently...
Still works on Chrome tho - smh]
