    Moderator Toolbox-NXG 8.0.0 "Forked Phoenix" — beta 4

    New
    • Firefox Multi-Account Containers support — Toolbox now works correctly when Reddit is opened in a container tab.
    • Suggested removal reasons — removal reasons can be mapped to report reasons and are pre-selected in the removal overlay (opt-in; configurable per mapping in settings).
    • Removal-reason editor improvements — author reasons using inline {choice} block syntax, with a rendered-markdown preview toggle.
    • Documentation links in settings — per-module help links jump straight to the relevant docs.

    Improved
    • Combined "show recent actions" and "show reports" into a single inline toggle row.
    • "Hide mod actions" is now a toggle, floated to the right of the menu area.
    • Dismissed reports are now shown on old Reddit for removed/approved items.
    • Replaced the /r/tb_reset magic-post reset with a clearer "Danger zone" button in settings.
    • Added a privacy-policy link.

    Fixed
    • Settings backup/restore no longer wipes all settings.
    • Fixed double HTML-escaping of plain-text fields in displayed content.
    • Hardened the removal-overlay accept flow against errors and stuck claims.
    • Several security hardening fixes (escaping of URL/regex inputs, safer HTML sanitization).

    Under the hood: dependency updates, security-scan fixes, linting/type-safety cleanup, and CI improvements.
