It seems the extension does not remember the notification period that I set for it. When I open it, it stays on for 30 minutes. And when I change the time. I think it resets to 30 minutes again. I would like an option to remember the selection, I don’t think this is a problem if it saves the state in a cookie. And I would like an option to repeat for any time, I would like to set the time to 3 hours. What's good is that the notification appears on all sites.

The extension does what it's good at: telling you to go touch grass. The interface could be a little nicer, and I wish the times were more customizable instead of being preset ones. Otherwise, this is good at shaming me when I've scrolled a little too far.

add this as a inbuilt feature (with option to turn it of ) not as a extension please. so imp in the modern world.
