The great user interface is intuitive to understand and use. Highly recommended for advanced users.
- Valutata 5 su 5di Utente Firefox 13141862, 8 anni fauMatrix (paired with uBlock and Privacy badger) is an excellent alternative to the new (broken, garbage version) of noscript.
Once you understand the grid interface, setting the levels of script access on a "per site" basis is incredibly good.
Highly recommended. - Valutata 5 su 5di Oleg Gritsak, 8 anni fa

Ein sehr gutes Addon. Danke an die Entwickler. Thank you so much for this Addon.

But this happened with NoScript (the old version) as well. Now that I'm used to uMatrix I prefer it over the old NoScript. It's more powerful and also replaces some other extensions as well. I hope that NoScript will soon be back to its former self but for me, I will stay with uMatrix from now on.

On the firefox used a noscript. But due to the fact that the noscript successfully died, I started using umatrix on the filefox. Thank you for not dropping us, improving your child, correcting minor mistakes! Way to keep Raymond!

- I'm another Quantum NoScript refugee. Very glad to have found this alternative which feels superior to even the pre-Quantum NoScript.
It's a bit of a learning curve but worth the effort of reading all available documentation. Once I grasped the basics after a few days, I find I like the ability for easy fine-tune control where required, while having global rules that make me feel safe browsing, with minimal interruption from this extension. A huge thanks to the developer, whose uBlock Origin ad-blocker I've used for some time now on Firefox and Chrome.
Question: I'm currently using "Cookie AutoDelete" extension, but wonder if I could now easily setup uMatrix instead for the same functionality? - Valutata 5 su 5di Utente Firefox 13541458, 8 anni fa

- Valutata 5 su 5di Utente Firefox 13502877, 8 anni faI'm a No Script refugee and I'm glad I've found a good replacement. This add-on is fantastic! It's actually MUCH more robust than No Script and offers a lot more control over what elements to block/allow. You won't miss No Script once you get the hang of it.
- Valutata 5 su 5di Utente Firefox 11571316, 8 anni fauMatrix almost completely destroyed NoScript but will protection from clearclick, clickjacking and XSS appear in NoScript?
- Valutata 3 su 5di Utente Firefox 11218040, 8 anni faI'd switch to uMatrix from NoScript if there was something like the Application Boundaries Enforcer of NoScript.

- Valutata 4 su 5di master4life, 8 anni faIt's a great alternative to NoScript. I've waited for a remake of noscript, but in the early stage, noscript isn't useable.
uMatrix fullfill all the tasks, what i need to have on my browser, all websites are set suspicious and blocks all vulnerable elements.
But i would likely uMatrix to remember my trusted choices, especially some domains, like googlevideo.com, gstatic or Captcha services.
I don't want to re-enable those things over and over again on different sites.Replica dello sviluppatore

Rules set in the global scope will apply everywhere, on all sites. The padlock will make these rules permanent, they will still be there when you reload the extension.
I wrote a new mini guide for this today (2017-11-27):
