I just love this extension. It gives me the choice to hide the homepage, video recommendations, comments, and so on. It can even hide the notifications bell icon on top.

I wanted to hide comments, and now, after using it for a few days, I can say it absolutely works. I highly recommend this extension for those who want to avoid comments and other distractions. The homepage is a huge distraction. I have set it to redirect to the subscriptions tab, so whenever I open YouTube.com, it redirects to the subscriptions tab, which is all I need and If I want to watch something specific, I can search for it. This extension gives you all the control to choose. I highly recommend this extension.

Wow, this plus using an Ad blocker to block elements from the YouTube Home page's left side bar has made my Youtube look 200% better, no more clicking off videos before they are finished due to side bar videos enticing me away, no more short cards, makes YouTube actually YOU Tube and not "brainrot" YouTube dopamine harvesting you, amazing extension and not really noticed an impact on performance or load speeds, 10/10.
