Relies heavily on NodeJS and FFmpeg.

On Mac OS Big Sur or Monterey, Downloader cannot pass files to FFmpeg. I'm using an Automator script that calls FFmpeg to convert downloaded files.

Will not work on New M1 Macs straight from download as NodeJS and FFmpeg will not compile without changes in parameters.

Loving this downloader! 2 clicks and it begins, and is relatively quick!

Became so slow, it's unuseful

The downloader has gotten slow lately because of Google’s recent changes. The VLC developer fixed it when using their youtube.lua playlist script that lets you watch the video in the player instead. It also provides a direct link to the video and it downloads the 360p mp4 in seconds.

bit slow, but downloud withou annoying ads

I've used it for years, but over time it has become slower and slower. Now, it's down to 80k my dial up days were faster! I'm done with feller and yD.

Painfully slow

Me ha resultado de mucha utilidad, práctica e intuitiva herramienta para descargar videos en varios formatos y resoluciones.

No longer works the way it did.
Now U can donwload, but with a ridiculously slow speed...
I had to uninstall it and change it for another.
