This extension randomly puts the full screen video to portrait mode. Problem goes away if I disable the extension. Then comes back when I reenqble it.

This is a bug in Firefox for Android, it is not just SponsorBlock. You can see more info here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1927557
