1-Click Blocker for X/Twitter adds a one-click block (or mute) button right inside every tweet, on profile headers and on follower lists, so you can clean up your timeline instantly — no more opening the "···" menu and digging through submenus.

The button blends into X's own action bar (a prohibited-sign icon for block, a muted-speaker icon for mute) and turns green when done. Accounts you have already handled are marked automatically, so you never act twice.
