As much as we would love to, we don’t offer live chat support at this time. We offer excellent email support and we find this more efficient as we are able to point users to the correct guides and list all the steps needed.

- Why not keep sign up simple? I do not need to read a whole lot of your selling content AFTER I have already made up my mind. I am not giving you additional personal information. That's creepy. Keep it simple. If it weren't for the Tom's Guide recommendation I would not be here anyway. Learn when to stop selling.
