After you specify rewards address, works purely in the background, so you do not need to anyhow "use" it, just post as you normally would.
Security is not yet a priority, it's in very early development stage, do not use generated wallet instances for anything, most especially storing your tokens/ether.
Use at your own risk.
For the most paranoid cases: use clean instance of firefox without any private info, if firefox is your default browser, install nightly, quantum, or whatever other firefox you can find.
