AO3 Fic Recommender helps readers discover Archive of Our Own works based on a user-entered AO3 username. It reads that user’s recent public bookmarks and AO3 search results in your browser, builds a local taste profile from fandoms, relationships, characters, tags, kudos, and word counts, then shows ranked recommendations with direct AO3 links.
Recommendations are computed locally in the extension popup. AO3 usernames, fetched AO3 page content, and recommendation results are not sent to the license server.
The optional Pro tier expands the bookmark sample and recommendation count. Pro license keys are stored locally and sent only to ao3reco.fly.dev for validation.
