If you need normal auto copy use this add-on:
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/copy-on-select/

To enable built-in middle click paste:
Go to about:config and set the pref "middlemouse.paste" to true.

There is also "middlemouse.scrollbarPosition" pref :)
