Hi, thank you for review. This situation was most likely caused by scenario, where you had this extension already installed but disabled. There was a situation on mozilla side https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2019/05/04/update-regarding-add-ons-in-firefox/ And most likely the Avast Software Updater updated firefox and due to this it brought fix for extensions and they got re-activated.
