Your browser will show a notice that the site is blocked and you get a blank page. Very handy for blocking sites that are simply time-wasters or otherwise offensive.

That means if a site is blocked for malware reasons, you might already be infected when this add-on redirects you to wherever you define it to redirect to.

Block Site can be disabled without a password through the Tools- Add ons, THIS IS NOT GOOD! Defeats the purpose.

Can't add any URL because it always says : "incorrect URL!". What did you do with this add-on ? Please could you fix this problem or give us

The automatic update to the current version broke everything. I had to disable this plugin and install another forcing me to re-enter all my blocked URLs.
