This extension has too many issues:
– When the panel is open the list shown of technologies is too long and verbose. It is difficult to discern between main and secondary libraries and services. You simply give up after so much scrolling down.
– Out of the five tabs shown on the panel only one is free.
– It does not have a dark theme.
– Too often when the panel is opened it shows a captcha where an image of an animal is shown and you have to select the correct animal name. Why?
– The error “This domain provides misleading technology profiles sorry” appears on many websites when trying to use the panel.

There is no point in using this extension. Just use Wappalizer, much better.

I didn't see anything but a captcha after each click on the extension. After that, nothing happens

Sometimes the BuiltWith extension just says "The website says we are forbidden to do a lookup on it."... What does that even mean? This is only supposed to show a concise summary of what's in _View Source_. There's no way to "forbid" that.
Even when it shows information, most of its UI is devoted to upsell attempts. It's not even clear what they offer for the $99 price tag, but that's likely more than I'd ever pay for a simple browser extension.

Gives the most infromation about a website in this category of addons.
