Clariox makes a crowded window readable again. See every tab in a clear list, filter by title or site, and select just the ones you care about. Pin or unpin, mute or unmute, move groups to the start or end, and close what you no longer need. A single Clarity Sweep closes duplicates and sorts the rest by your preferred rule, optionally bubbling audible tabs first so noisy work stays visible. The extension never touches page content; it manages tabs only, which keeps it quick and private.

Under the hood, Clariox is careful with permissions. It uses tabs to list, sort, move, pin, mute, and close tabs in the current window, and storage to remember your settings such as default sort, audible preference, and bulk-close threshold. There are no inline scripts, no unsafe innerHTML, no remote resources, and no analytics. All code is bundled and self-hosted to meet AMO requirements. The global command Alt+Shift+C runs a Clarity Sweep from anywhere.
