click the toolbar button or use the shortcut to close the duplicate tabs

tabs: used to access tab properties and hook into tab event
cookies: used to read the tab containerId property (container <=> cookieStore)
storage: used to to store the the keepByCreated setting
menus: used to add the context menu to toggle the keepByCreaed setting
