Firefox for Android can neither export-to nor import-from files. For this reason, the UI in Fenix doesn't display these options.

Firefox desktop can successfully export-to files. However, a configuration must be changed to import-from files: in about:config, change ui.popup.disable_autohide to TRUE. After doing so, the Esc key is required to close the popup window. This prevents the popup from being closed when the file chooser dialog is opened.
