Updated to use new API to open the extension shortcut page. This makes it easier to change the shortcuts. Requires Firefox 137.

- Rewritten to not require any extra permissions when using the "Open new tabs in the background" option.

The extension now uses optional permissions for the features that require the tabs permission.

There are two new shortcuts in this version:
- There is a shortcut to pop the current tab (or multiple highlighted tabs) out to a new window.
- There is a shortcut to open a blank new tab to the immediate right of the current tab (i.e. instead of all the way to the right).

Make shortcut customizable. Add second shortcut to open the tab in a new window. You can configure and use both shortcuts at the same time.

Removed context menu item as it is now built-in to Firefox 57.

A "Duplicate" item was added to the tab context menu (right-click menu).

Changed shortcut to Alt+Shift+D because Ctrl+Shift+D conflicts with "Bookmark all tabs". There is unfortunately no way to reassign this shortcut after installing.
