The author works really hard to keep this addon working despite Youtube's changes. This addon works great.

The extension does what it's supposed to and it's worth donating for the extra functionality. YouTube is constantly altering it's format to prevent downloading but the developer always comes through to keep the extension working.

This app is great! I've downloaded hundreds of games that were broadcast on TV, uploaded to YT or Dailymotion, and then taken down. But I got them on file! These are really hard to find using any other method like torrents. Here today, gone tmrw.

This is a great FREE video downloader that the developer works had to keep up to date. If your video isn't downloading, be patient, a fix will soon be in the works.

Great extension, super useful and free.

Totally love this extension and to me it is one of the best if not the best for what it does and I have been using it for years. At times I will encounter an issue with it, but that is not the fault of program but the fault of youtube changing the codes so that is the problem until it is corrected by the programmer and when I can I donate to show my appreciation for all of his hard work he is putting in to keep this up and going.

This extension is great! I have been using it off and on for years.
The problem is YT is constantly changing its codes, so the developer is having to keep on top of the changes, so he can keep the extension working smoothly for everyone.
The problem lies with YT, not the developer, who is always working on a fix for users. So please, if this extension has worked well for you, but one day it doesn't, keep what I have said in mind.
The developer is a one-man show, so please leave positive reviews for him. He deserves them!

This is a great add-on and simpliflies using Youtube. The more they try to keep control you can always find that this add-on is kept up to date. Great service from a one man band
