投稿日時: 2年前We appreciate this feedback. If you click on the icon for the extension (the "R") and pull up the menu, you should see an option for "Settings". From there, you should see an option listed as "Turn off Cash Back activation reminders for these sites". The "these sites" part of that sentence is a clickable link that will open up a box where you can (line by line) add URLs to websites where you do not want our extension popping up. Once you save that list, you should not encounter the pop up appearing on those pages.

投稿日時: 1ヶ月前You can get our extension back up and running by uninstalling it from your copy of Firefox (if installed). Then, you can download our Rakuten Browser Extension from our website, Rakuten.com, or through Firefox Browser Add-Ons page. I've literally lost hundreds of dollars since this app doesn't work. I've been promised money back, I click on what needs to be done, it's confirmed and NOTHING. It's a scam.

投稿日時: 7ヶ月前If you see you are making Shopping Trips and our extension is activating, then it may be some internet traffic filtering service or VPN is active or an issue with the merchant recognizing the order as eligible for Cash Back through us.
