Very satisfied with it but I've recently noticed that the controls don't show up when a web-page is refreshed (ctrl + R).
However, if I go from one youtube page to another one by a click then the controls show up but not if I refresh on that same page.

Embedded videos sometimes don't work and the extension doesn't apply chosen video quality lately.

Embeded videos are now working. Seriously, I can't use YouTube without this extension. The vanilla UI is hideous.

It breaks embedded videos. Outside of youtube, you can no longer play youtube videos (like Reddit or other websites).

As of a couple weeks ago, embedded videos don't play and give an error "Playback on this device is not supported". Happens about 60-70% of the time. Turning off the add-on instantly fixes the issue.

the only bug I experience (very rare usecase I believe), steps:
• open live stream
• set speed to above 1 (x1.5 e.g.) via Enhancer speed button + mousewheel button hovered above
• press '0' @ numpad so the video starts from the very beginning
result:
speed set to x1 and can't be changed via Enhancer speed button + mousewheel button hovered above method anymore

i bin using this addon for years but now that youtube have removed the dislike button on shorts maby this can be a new feature to add it back in this addon ? :)

YouTube has once again broken this extension and seems to have blocked it from working on the site.

Me encanta, pero desde hace un tiempo no puedo usarlo porque en webs con videos incrustados de Youtube me dice que la reproducción no es compatible con este dispositivo, pero si quito este addon entonces si funciona, a la espera del fix, gracias

I could never go back to not using this but unfortunately the feature to automatically switch to 1440p on yt doesnt work. The only thing that switches to 1440p is if you pick a different resolution for full screen lets say 2160p and also check the option to switch back to default after exiting fullscreen. If I just load a fresh video its set at 720p and doesnt change by itself at any point during playback unless I go in full screen.

And now that im doing tests, most resolutions just dont apply automatically either. Its only the 4k one that has been reliable over the years, which has been my default for a long time.

Extension is amazing, but it sadly seems to be breaking all forms of YouTube embeds as of late (Playback isn't supported on this device). Hopefully this gets fixed despite Google's constant interfering

This extension is fantastic. Super useful and well maintained. Exactly what I was looking for.

I've tried several alternatives and this one is by far the best. Straightforward and does the job perfectly.
