HOW WORKFLOWS WORK
Every capture goes somewhere specific. The built-in Quick Capture workflow handles most saves out of the box. Create your own workflows to route content to any database with custom property mapping: one for research, one for job leads, one for design inspiration. Domain rules let Filed pick the right workflow automatically based on the site you're on.

DUPLICATE DETECTION
Before saving a URL, Filed checks your save history. If the page was saved before, an inline card shows when and links to the Notion entry. Save again or skip: no silent duplicates.

MULTIPLE WORKSPACES
Connect more than one Notion workspace. Switch between them directly from the toolbar: no trip to Settings.

PRIVACY
Your content never touches Filed's servers. Not a policy, a technical constraint. Articles, highlights, quotes, and screenshots are processed in your browser and sent directly to Notion's API. Filed collects only anonymous, aggregated counts of capture types (e.g. "+1 article saved"), with no content, no URLs, and no personal data attached.
