Focus Guard monitors every tab you open and warns you the moment you're wasting time — based on your own rules, not someone else's opinion of what's distracting.

HOW IT WORKS

Add any domain to your personal blocklist. The moment you open that site, Focus Guard fires a full-screen warning with a 5-second lockout before you can dismiss it. Every 3 seconds, it also scans all your open tabs in the background — so even tabs you forgot about get caught.

SMART ANALYSIS

YouTube, Reddit, and LinkedIn are handled intelligently:
- YouTube tutorials and dev content = allowed
- YouTube Shorts and homepage = blocked
- Dev subreddits (r/laravel, r/webdev, etc.) = allowed
- Reddit homepage and off-topic subs = blocked
- LinkedIn job search and outreach = allowed
- LinkedIn feed scrolling = warned

SETTINGS

• Add or remove any domain from your blocklist instantly
• Turn the extension on/off without uninstalling
• Toggle smart analysis on/off
• Strict mode: blocks YouTube, Reddit and LinkedIn entirely with zero exceptions
