HockeyArena Extension 作成者: airen

Browser extension that enhances the HockeyArena experience and adds useful features such as:
- ability to hide sponsor menu
- ability to have a banner table on new message
- ability to unstick navigation menu
- ability to hide discussions
- ability to stop the player from playing in a match (also substitute)

There are minor fixes that speed up extension.

- We have added icons for HAE creator into Discussion and Team/Player info.
