lamentablemente el producto es de nula utilidad, mi red bloquea los servidores del servicio. El soporte no me ofreció opción de configuración local miá o local de ellos, solo propuestas del estilo "reinstale". procedí a pedir una devolución, que es algo que cualquier fintech te ofrece, y a pesar de mis reiteradas peticiones, y de estar pidiendo ésto desde la primera semana de uso, no me devolvieron nada del año que pagué. El producto es inútil para mi, ya deshabilité la extensión y jamás me devolverá valor.

it doesn't work often if cache is cleared. needs to restart browser every time I clean my cache , cookies or histories in firefox.

Минусы: не работает без регистрации ( хоть и условная, но есть сервисы лучше), доступно только 3 бесплатных сервера (изначально было 9), ограничения по времени активного использования (превышения лимита и кд на использование 20 часов XD ), постоянно при включении предлагают перейти на платную версию, отсутствие каких-либо настроек.

Recently removed all but (currently) two countries in the free version.

Works really well but the list of servers/proxies has rapidly decreased for me as a free user to less than 4 options.

It was a great VPN service, but they've just downgraded it by removing all free servers but 5. idk maybe they're trying to make more money by doing this, but after such a downgrade they NEVER see my money, I'd better buy a proton vpn or smth

the free service just run out the time, i just made the payment for the premium, but most of them doesn't work , it worst than the free one, can you fix it or give me the refund, i can't even submit the problem to your support team.

feb 13,2021: They are now requiring a download of their software to use the free VPN. Not gonna happen, bad enuf they are spying on me now, not gonna give them even MORE access to my computer.
Feb 7, 2021: Of all the free vpns here, this one is the WORST for disconnecting you for no reason, randomly for no reason. It's so called webrtc blocker does not work, the one they recommend does not work so your IP is out there without you knowing it. It's better than the others in terms of number of different free proxies and ease of register and connect, but it's connections are very unstable.
Jan. 24, 2021: Don't know what happened, this vpn has gone to CRAP. Frequent disconnects for no reason, their webrtc addon does not work such that your real IP is exposed. Breaks your connection to your isp dns such that you lose connectivety when their crap servers suddenly disconnect you and you have to restart your wifi. Will start looking for an alternative.

tested many many free vpns. None of them are much good. This one is better than most but gives a false sense of security, random disconnects that in all likelyhood reveal your home IP address. So the whole reason for even using a vpn is defeated. Also you need an additional addon to prevent webrtc leaks of your home IP.
So why I ask even use a so-called free vpn?
