This project is badly needed so we can have a trusted pop-up blocker. The currently most popular GreaseMonkey userscript (like an extension but without any vetting) is one that claims to do this very thing. However, the code is proprietary and comes with an EULA that basically says that ALL of your data will be sent to some mysterious corporation called "BZO Technologies". (Don't bother looking them up, the name is just a shell corporation in Delaware.)

Great program but the latest version of the add-on or latest version of Firefox(Using both BETA and RELEASE builds) don't show the icon(with the other add-on icons) anymore.

I was looking for a modal popup blocker and was very surprised to see that effort being made by Firefox developers!

A clear and simple user experience for collecting what will be a very useful dataset.
