Probably the most simple to setup and does what it says too, recommended, helped me stop going into infinite browsing loops

Intention is the first distraction prevention extension I've used that is actually working for me. I wish my phone worked like this.

works as advertized. Perfect.

So far the best anti-distraction add-on I’ve seen on Firefox yet. It does exactly what it says and in a good way.

I would give it 5 stars if it were FOSS/open source.
