When you start a new chat with a character in JanitorAI, you will see a button next to the character's name titled "Extract Char". For this to work, you must be using proxy. Clicking "extract char" will send a dummy message to the proxy and create a UI within the chat page. This works even if you have a dummy proxy URL, and a dummy api key and model.

You can edit the character definition within the extension's UI and copy the full text, download as json or download as PNG. I made this for myself. There will be bugs.
