END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR KANA - STAND-STRONG

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE KANA - STAND-STRONG BROWSER EXTENSION ("EXTENSION"). BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THIS EXTENSION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, KANA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the KANA - Stand-Strong extension for personal, non-commercial purposes.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The Extension is a faith-based content filtering tool designed to:
- Block access to adult and explicit content websites
- Intercept and redirect explicit search queries
- Provide biblical encouragement and spiritual support
- Track personal progress and freedom milestones
- Support users in maintaining digital purity and wellness

1. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

KANA - Stand-Strong is committed to complete user privacy:

a) NO DATA COLLECTION: The Extension does not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your browsing history, blocked attempts, personal information, or usage data.

b) LOCAL PROCESSING: All filtering, blocking, and tracking functions operate entirely on your local device.

c) NO THIRD-PARTY SHARING: No information about your usage is shared with KANA, third parties, advertisers, or any external services.

d) NO ANALYTICS: The Extension does not use analytics, telemetry, or tracking of any kind.

e) PROGRESS TRACKING: Any progress tracking or milestone celebration features store data locally on your device only.

1. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

a) Use the Extension in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
b) Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Extension's filtering functions
c) Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
d) Not use the Extension for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
e) Recognize that the Extension is a tool to support your personal goals, not a guarantee of complete protection

1. LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

a) FILTERING EFFECTIVENESS: While KANA - Stand-Strong uses advanced filtering technology, no content filter is 100% effective. The Extension may occasionally:
- Fail to block certain inappropriate content (false negatives)
- Block legitimate content (false positives)
- Be circumvented through various technical means

b) NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: The Extension is designed as a support tool. It does not replace personal commitment, accountability, professional counseling, or spiritual guidance.

c) FAITH-BASED NATURE: This Extension incorporates biblical content and Christian principles. By using this Extension, you acknowledge and accept its faith-based approach.

d) TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS: The Extension's functionality may be affected by:
- Browser updates or changes
- Conflicts with other extensions
- Changes to websites' technical infrastructure
- Network configurations or VPN usage

1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF FILTERING
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

KANA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT IT WILL SUCCESSFULLY BLOCK ALL INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

a) KANA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Exposure to inappropriate content due to filtering failures
- Loss of data or productivity
- Emotional distress
- Blocking of legitimate content

b) KANA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THIS EXTENSION SHALL NOT EXCEED $10 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE EXTENSION (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

c) Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

1. MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES

a) KANA reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Extension at any time without prior notice.

b) KANA may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

c) Updates to the Extension may be automatically installed through your browser's extension management system.

1. TERMINATION

a) This license is effective until terminated.

b) Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

c) You may terminate this license at any time by uninstalling the Extension.

d) Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Extension and delete all copies from your devices.

1. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The Extension may display or reference biblical verses, quotes, and spiritual content. KANA makes no representations regarding the accuracy of translations or interpretations, and users are encouraged to verify scriptural references with trusted sources.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

a) The Extension, including its code, design, user interface, logos, and content, is owned by KANA and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

b) This Agreement does not grant you any rights to KANA's trademarks, service marks, or logos.

c) Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Extension may be used by KANA without obligation or compensation to you.

1. EXPORT COMPLIANCE

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations in your use of the Extension.

1. OPEN SOURCE COMPONENTS

If the Extension incorporates any open-source software components, those components are licensed under their respective open-source licenses, which are available upon request.

1. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The Extension and any content, encouragement, or guidance it provides do not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or pastoral counseling advice. If you are struggling with compulsive behaviors or addiction, please seek help from qualified professionals.

1. AGE RESTRICTIONS

The Extension is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you should use this Extension with parental knowledge and consent.

1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and KANA regarding the Extension and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.

1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

1. WAIVER

No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

1. GOVERNING LAW
