Thanks for the review, I will check the issue with openstack. Regarding "Access your data for all websites" and "Access browser tabs" permission, which is required to inject JavaScript code which will make the add-on work as intended. Rest assured, this add-on does not collect any user data, refer Privacy policy for more details.
