Major new update!

* Add a folder as you add a new bookmark, handy if you're bookmarking something that doesn't belong in any existing folder
* A whole new Search tab! Use Alt+` to switch to the Search tab, find results from your larder, and open as many tabs as required in the background.

Fixed a bug where you couldn't submit by pressing enter in the 'tags' field. Now you can!

Firefox changed the spec so I've included a small icon that fits the new spec (16px now instead of 18px, for some reason). Sorry about that.

Fixes an issue with too-long page titles.

Added more explicit error and upgrade message for users whose trials have expired.

Adds a message to manually close the popup because this isn't yet supported in Firefox, and fixes the content width in the success page.
