Mindful Browse adds a "friction layer" between you and distracting websites. Instead of blocking sites permanently, it gives you a beautiful, neumorphic countdown screen that asks: "Do you really want to be here?"

How to Use

1. Add Sites: Click the "Pause" icon in your browser toolbar. Type a website (e.g., tiktok.com) and click ADD.
2. Note: YouTube and Instagram are blocked by default, but you can remove them in the list.
3. The Pause: When you visit a blocked link, you will see the warning screen. Breathe and watch the ring fill up for 10 seconds.
4. The Choice: After the countdown, you can choose to "Enter Anyway" or "No, Save Me".
5. If you choose to enter, you must pass a second "Final Check" confirmation.
6. Strict Mode: Once you enter, you have a short window to load your content. If you get distracted and start clicking new videos or refreshing the page, Mindful Browse will catch you again to ensure you are still intentional about your time.
7. Themes: Toggle between Light, Dark, or System themes using the icons in the extension popup.
