- 5 段階中 1 の評価chuck norris によるレビュー (1年前)I really don't know how they screwed this up so much, having both a master password and an account password, even after I have done 2FA to log into the website, where upon then the extension takes over and then asks for my master password which I can't get because trying to go to the site which has the hash I need to reset my master password forces me back into the extension, so I have to use another device, but their android app doesn't even have biometric integration, it just opens the website to authenticate, so I can't get it there, and if you try to disable the plugin, the website doesn't even load, so I can't login to write down any information I might need, ... and so on and so forth... this is so stupid and unusable unless you write down both your password and your master password... how about hey, here is my thumb print, now please remind me my passwords ... I mean what even is the point of the master password to begin with...
- 5 段階中 1 の評価Firefox ユーザー 18450962 によるレビュー (1年前)Terrible update. 12month paid user, old desktop app was brilliant, made my life sane again under heavy handed corp security settings, i was secure but easy. This extension however defeated their own security, i'm literally now back to txt file passwords on desktop since it wants master or normal password every single day on every single browser. yep. 'leave ext unlocked' sometimes sticks, but even when it does i still have to unlock 4x browsers and 1x app per day minimum. Their own app slogan "simplify your life" was absolutely true, until this extension released. To fix it it needs a 'disable per browser' login required setting (not 'unlock'), if i have to do that sign in per browser then i may as well use free per browser login/profiles/pwd saves, which was the entire point of going with a single paid pwd manager. Don't buy it while this feature is enabled. Just don't.

投稿日時: 1年前Thank you for the feedback. We hear you and are working to improve the unlocking experience. - I just bought a new computer and am simply trying to use Nordpass. This required me to add the Firebox extension for Nordpass, which I appear to have done. But nowhere do I see where I can start using my old Nordpass app or settings. Also, when I log in to an old website, Nordpass does not show up as it always did on my old computer. Highly aggravating.

投稿日時: 1年前Hi there, you should be able to see NordPass add-on in the Extensions section in your Firefox browser (look for a puzzle icon on the top right corner).In case you don't see it then go to Manage Your Extensions settings and make sure that Nordpass extension is enabled. When it's enabled you should see it every time you press that puzzle icon on the top right corner.

Vous avez d'ailleurs plusieurs application (Nord VPN, Nord pass, VPN ... on s'y perd). Maintenant je dois entrer mon "recovery code" et je ne sais pas pourquoi ... Et TOUS mes accès à mes différentes plateformes, sites etc. sont bloqué par Nord VPN et je ne sais pas comment faire, je n'ai surtout pas la patience de comprendre comment fonctionne VPN ou Nord VPN il y a trop d'informations et de plus elles sont en anglais ..... Je vais simplement sortir VPN de mon moteur de recherche et trouver une autre manière de sécuriser mes mots de passes

- It has been months and the copy to clipboard function still doesn't work and now, the autofill and instant login functions have also stopped working. In fact, the extension doesn't do anything at all anymore; I have to manually copy every time I want to log in somewhere.
The whole f'ing reason why I use this extension is so I don't have to do everything myself...
