- - Extremely slow. My computer runs buttery smooth with only Firefox and 5-10 tabs open while working when this extension is disabled. Turn it on and the computer freezes for 2-4 minutes then slowly crawls forward after re-enabling. Have to disable and enable it constantly to get work done.
- Copy and paste function doesn't work.
- If you need on demand access to your accounts for your business, you take a major risk with this application. Sometimes they will be down and you won't hear from support despite trying to contact them until 24-48 hours later when either you've already fixed it or the issue has resolved itself, resulting in hours of downtime for your business.
Save your money - It was supposed to be an amazing app, but it fails on its main features, like it doesn't autofill most of the forms like Google, Microsoft, etc. I must manually copy and paste from the add-on popup to the form field.
I migrated from LastPass to it, but I'm already looking to another alternative and asking for my money back. - Slow, copy doesn't work, some fills go wrong (maybe same copy issue), loads of errors on some pages, and some stupid interface decisions (e.g. select and then confirm (2 clicks) when you've multiple logins, instead of just picking one). Too bad, the service itself is quite good...

Support is a joke, asks for logs and doesn't read them, blaming the browser. This is the most recent update to the extension, it used to work just fine. It appears to have not undergone testing prior to release.

I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you've been facing with our extension causing Firefox to freeze and crash. This is certainly not the level of quality we aim to deliver. Thank you for taking the time to send us the logs. I want to assure you that we do review all logs submitted to us; however, identifying and resolving software conflicts can sometimes be complex and with limited outcomes.
We are committed to improving the extension and ensuring it functions as smoothly as it did before. Our development team is working on these problems and we appreciate your patience as we sort this out. - Very disappointed. Thought latest up-date would solve the obvious issues. Terrible problems with different editions, change to latest and then find it hasn't removed all the old version's files which makes it an actual drawback compared to Firefox, etc. Not clear how to up-date info - saves far too much, too often. Master password should have option to stay open until session ends. After NordVPN I was looking forward to using this .

- Once again, an update makes this even worse. Conflicts with the standalone app, but at least the standalone USED to use Windows Hello as login option. No longer. Why they insist on fannying around and launching untested updates that make the user experience worse defeats me.
Beware!!
Update: the app now prevents log-in because it flags ITSELF as a phishing threat.
That's it. Had enough and switching to Norton. At least their products, y'know, "actually work"開発者の返信

It seems there might have been some confusion with the app versions. Our standalone extension does support Windows Hello as a login option, and it operates independently from the desktop app. If you’re encountering issues with this feature or if it’s not appearing as an option, we’d like to look into this.
Regarding the app flagging itself as a phishing threat, this sounds quite unusual, and we take such reports seriously. Could you provide more details about what you were doing when this happened?

Customer service instructs to install Nordpass Desktop version and extension without guidance which extension to choose. Re-ask NordPass without success. So installed NordPass Extension (app-version) - doesn't provide any copy/paste support, only autofill (which fairly often fails to fill-in properly). In all, a very clumsy password manager to use. User interface not on par with competitors.

Non copia più dai campi. Sistematicamente richiede la pass principale per accedere. Non si può distribuire una estensione che non funziona e con così tanti problemi. Il bello è che ho acquistato l'abbonamento a nordpass, mai più rinnovo.

I contacted support and they kept asking for a screenshot. How do I send a screenshot of blank text? I could not get them to understand. Doing a brief search shows this is a known issue.
- instructions did not clearly advise that account password is separate to master passwords which you then later requested. I has input what I wanted as master in as account password and hence have a much less strong master password. POOR INSTRUCTIONS !!!!.

You seem to assume that all users are 100% tech savy - that is VERY POOR approach
