投稿日時: 6年前Hello. Apologies for any frustration. However, in order for our team to troubleshoot the issue, you'd need to contact our customers' support team. That said, the suggestion to contact our support team when facing any sort of malfunction is only natural.

Many thanks to the team for getting back to me with the solution so quickly (I don't know how I missed it).

It's one of the best at what it does but it's recently just completely wiped all data from itself, essentially starting everything like it's the first ever log-in — all tunnelling settings/sites have been wiped (meaning I'm likely to get some of my accounts kicked again for using a VPN)...
Great overall but severely hampered if you're unable to retain critical information for any length of time.開発者の返信

To prevent that, please navigate to "Settings" in the NordVPN extension > General > Save settings to your browser and toggle this feature on. I didn't install any of the other features they offer so there's no point to allow this permission since I'm not using their password manager or other stuff.

I use extensions on Firefox, Brave & Chrome browsers at the same time. So I can be in multiple countries simultaneously.
I have been a happy customer for 9 years, and I've just added another two years to my subscription.
