Add a context menu Open with VLC on video and audio links.
Links must have file extensions (.mp4, .mkv, ...)

This extension does not require ANY native client installation contrary to other modules already developed.

Other requirements :
- VLC must be opened
- HTTP web interface must be enabled (Settings > Interface). Password must be set.

If HTTP web interface was disabled, restart VLC.
