Pand Radar is a social overlay for the Dutch housing market.

Funda is notoriously read-only: you can look, but you can't talk back. Pand Radar fixes that. Open any Funda koop listing and a small panel appears in the corner with the community's verdict - so you can swap honest, opinionated takes on Funda's finest finds and the horror houses that "just need a bit of renovating," all without leaving the page.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• React: one tap on an emoji (too expensive, incredible, tiny, fixer-upper, rough area, insane) and see at a glance how everyone else rated the place.
• Comment: read and post threaded comments right on the listing. Subjective and human by design: spot the red flags, the dealbreakers, and the hidden gems the brochure won't mention.
• Price & status history:/ see when the asking price dropped, when it went under offer or sold, and how the energy label changed over time.
• Save to My Places: shortlist a listing with one click; it syncs to your Pand Radar account.
• Open in Pand Radar: jump to the full app for the same home's public-transport reach, door-to-door commute time, and open-data facts (Kadaster floor area, energy label, neighbourhood stats and more).

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- You take part under a pseudonymous handle (like Name#1234).
- The extension talks only to pandradar.nl. Your login token stays inside the extension - it is never exposed to Funda's pages or to any third party.
- No ads, no trackers, no data selling. It only reads a listing's public id/address from the page to look up that exact home. Nothing else.
- Reactions and comments are personal opinions, not statements of fact. Abusive content can be reported and is moderated; please keep it civil and free of personal data.
