Qwen Web Summarizer adds a toolbar popup that extracts the current page’s text (with PDF/image OCR when needed) and sends it to a local backend for an AI summary. The summary streams into the popup with copy/clear actions, and an optional chat page lets you ask follow‑up questions about the last summarized page.
