Prevent extension from slowing down non nsfw subreddit pages

Fixed a bug where NSFW subreddits opened through in-app navigation (clicking a subreddit link while browsing Reddit) could load unblocked for a moment or slip through entirely. Blocking now applies reliably on direct visits, back/forward navigation, and in-app link clicks.
